Programs can be adapted to a wide range of fitness levels. While some endurance challenges involve ambitious goals, such as multi-day cycling routes, our team designs experiences with varying levels of participation, support vehicles, and optional activities so that everyone can be part of the journey.

Our team handles the full operational design of each program including route planning, safety protocols, transportation, accommodations, and on-the-ground support. Iconic has industry-leading comprehensive global liability insurance and strict vendor vetting and selection protocols Participants are supported by experienced guides and local partners throughout the journey to ensure both safety and a seamless experience. We plan for contingencies in advance and we’re built to adapt quickly when conditions change.

For intimate leadership offsites or smaller programs, planning typically begins 8+ months in advance. Larger scale events like corporate challenges, international fundraising journeys, and groups exceeding 20+ often require 9–18 months to ensure that we secure the best event sites, vendor partnerships, and permits (if relevant).
