We develop our trips, design itineraries, and create budgets in step with our clients’ needs. From the broadest goals to the smallest details, we make it happen: vendor vetting and risk management, advance on-the-ground research,  marketing materials, registration, invoicing and swag.

After meticulously designing the trip, we manage the entire process. From the moment a traveler steps off the plane until they wave goodbye, our goal is to orchestrate seamless logistics. A trip is most impactful when participants can be fully present in the moment.

Lead

Our trip leaders are the best in the business. They facilitate group dynamics, create a harmonious trip flow, and handle all payments, paperwork, and vendor interactions. Attuned to the highest level of customer service, they adjust itineraries in real-time, provide location-specific knowledge, and address any health and safety concerns.

Improve

We’re always looking for ways to make our trips even more powerful. After each trip, we facilitate traveler evaluations and hold a debrief meeting with our client. Our aim is to synthesize lessons learned and identify areas for logistical and programmatic improvement.
